We’re excited to offer primitive camping during TABERNACLES at Bank Run Metro Park!

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Primitive camping only (no electric or water hookups)

- $15 per site, per night, $25 per tent, per night

- Regular sites can include one tent, one RV, one camper, one travel trailer, one camper van, or similar camping setup

- Nightly rate includes up to 5 people per unit

Additional guests: $5 per person, per night (maximum occupancy per site is 8)

For your convenience, restroom facilities and a shower trailer will be available on-site throughout the event. Quiet/Inverter style generators are welcome, provided they are operated responsibly and with consideration for neighboring campers.

CAMPING DATES: SEPT. 25TH - OCT. 2ND

- Camping opens Friday, September 25th at 1:00pm

- All camping units must be removed by 10:00 PM on Friday, October 2nd.

-If you choose to camp on Friday evening, October 2nd, all units must be removed no later than 10am on October 3rd AND you will be assigned to a suitable tear-down and clean-up team for up to four hours.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

- Camping registration opens August 10, 2026.

- After your registration is submitted, an invoice will be emailed to you.

- Full payment is due no later than one week prior to the event.

- A 75% refund will be issued if cancelled within one week of the event.
